Printing Section

  • The arrangement of the main cylinders is the same as that of Komori from Japan, in a “7 o’clock” arrangement, printing the front first and then the back, with two paper transfer cylinders between color units, resulting in a compact structure and a short transfer path.
  • While reducing paper transfer deformation, it also ensures complete printing before handover, eliminating the occurrence of registration marks and peeling bars, and avoiding the phenomenon of the paper gripping bar colliding with the impression cylinder.

Registration Section

  • Equipped with a centering lower pendulum device; roller-type pull gauge and side-layfine- adjustment mechanism; German P+F ultrasonic double-sheet controller.
  • Advanced anti-tail-spreading device. The overall structure is stable and reliable, ensuring a long paper-holding time, precise registration, and convenient adjustment.

Domestic Other Brands’ Cylinder Arrangement

Two paper transfer cylinders between color units are in front of the impression cylinder, resulting in a long transfer path, making the paper prone to deformation and affecting printing quality. The impression cylinder hands over before complete printing to the paper gripping bar, prone to producing registration marks and peeling bars.

Printing Section

All cylinder support bearings adopt high-precision P5-grade tapered roller bearings, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Users can choose between Japanese TNT bearings and top domestic Harbin bearings. The selected Harbin heavy-duty tapered roller bearings have had no quality issues to date, with a lifetime warranty.

Dampening and Ink Section

  • The arrangement of water and ink rollers is the same as that of Mitsubishi from Japan, facilitating easy water and ink application, with good water and ink uniformity effects, and able to quickly achieve water-ink balance.
  • The rubber material of the main water and ink rollers adopts imported raw materials, with good ink and water transfer performance and durability.
  • Equipped with an ink path clutch device to reduce wear on the ink rollers.
  • The water path adopts a modular structure, with a stable structure and convenient assembly and adjustment. The chrome-plated roller and bridge roller supply water precisely and stably. The differential system can effectively remove dirt on the plate surface and eliminate “ghosting”
  • When using the electric plate tilting device, the water roller follow-up device ensures that the water roller pressure remains unchanged.
  • Equipped with a domestic advanced alcohol dampening water tank, featuring automatic water addition, circulating refrigeration, automatic alcohol addition, and temperature control devices. It is stable and reliable.
  • The clutching of all water rollers adopts pneumatic control, thus programming the process from pre-wetting to formal printing.

Delivery Section

  • The delivery guide rail adopts a Komori structure, with a fully enclosed guide rail directly installed on the frame. It has high rigidity, minimal vibration, and stability.
  • The delivery chain is available in two brands, Taiwan TYC and German IWIS, for customers to choose from, ensuring that the chain and chain joints are provided by the same brand supplier, with consistent precision. It operates smoothly and with low noise.
  • The lifting of the delivery table is the same as the Komori structure. It is directly driven by a frequency conversion motor, featuring fast lifting and slow lowering, low noise, and stability.
  • The movable paper support can be adjusted according to the paper condition to prevent smudging.
